As a serum - smooth a few drops throughout mid-lenghts to ends of hair as needed

Hot oil treatment - before shampooing on dry hair: warm bottle gently in a bowl of hot water by immersing and swirling until warm, then apply generously to hair roots to ends and leave on for 10 minutes.  Wet hair and shampoo to remove, following with your favourite conditioner or hair mask.

Scalp Treatment - massage into scalp and leave in at least 15 minutes, or overnight.  Wet hair and shampoo to remove.  Follow with your normal conditioning routine or favourite hair mask.
