For lips, hands, feet and body - on dry skin massage appropriate amount of product in a gentle, circular motion (I definitely advise you do this step either in the shower or over a sink as the sugar will fall off to some degree, and it's a fuckaround to clean up). Rinse off with very warm water (not soap), dry off by patting gently, and massage remaining oil into skin to condition.
